1. Here is a link to the Remote Learning Board. All learning activities are listed on this board. A copy of it is available to your child in Google classroom as well. I suggest printing it so that they can check things off as they are completed.
2. Here is a list for my office hours for this week. The links to these meetings will be posted 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting in Google Classroom.
Monday: Class meeting 1:30 - 2:15 (Review assignments/ making a schedule)
Tuesday: Drop-in office hours 9:00 - 9:45 (Troubleshooting and questions)
Wednesday: By appointment 9:00 - 9:30 and 1:30 - 2:00 (x-tra help)
Thursday: Drop-in office hours 1:30 - 2:15 (Troubleshooting and questions)
Friday: Class meeting 9:00 - 9:45 (Weekly wrap-up)
3. Students are all receiving accounts to a new program called Lexia.
4. Students are not required to participate in Integrated Arts at this time, however all teachers are providing learning opportunities. Students can visit the IA google classrooms throughout the week.
5. Students have three main assignments to turn in via google classroom. One each in Reading, Writing, and Math. Students have 5 required activities and should choose an additional 10 choice activities.
Remember to take this transition slowly and do what works for your family. If you or your child are struggling with how to make this all work, encourage them to sign up for an x-tra help session on Wednesday.
