Book-Talks

               It's official your child has been assigned their first Book-Talk. A book-talk is an informal book report that gives students a chance to share about a book they have read and want to recommend to the class. There are two parts to a book-talk, a written and oral piece. Details, rubrics, and due dates can all be found under the homework tab. This should be a low stress assignment that gets the students thinking creatively. Check out the homework tab and read more about it.               Remember that we are collecting pumpkins for our class "patch". We will have a week long exploration next week so the more pumpkins the better. A couple have started trickling in, but I would love to have more. Thanks!
