A zillion forms.... AKA the Spring of 5th grade :)

Hi Folks!

I just wanted to touch base as there are many forms going home right now and it can be hard to keep track of all of them as well as the due dates:

1. Completion Ceremony T-shirt and 15 dollar donation is due on May 20th.
2. Field Trip Permission slip (both sides) and a 20 dollar donation is due on Wed May 25th.

If you plan to volunteer for the field trip or fifth grade camp there is still time to get your fingerprinting done. It is a one week turn around. If you have not gotten a CORI yet you have missed the window this year.

I will try to keep you updated on any other forms that are due.
